During the thematic sharing session, Xiao Dejun presented on "Innovating Cross-Border Logistics Ecosystems to Build a New Alliance for Enterprises Going Global," leveraging Baohengtong Group's 25 years of practical experience in the cross-border logistics field to systematically share the resource advantages and operational strengths accumulated by enterprises in opening cross-border channels and expanding into Southeast Asian markets. He pointed out that against the backdrop of the deepening "dual circulation" development pattern, the continuous advancement of the Belt and Road Initiative, and the ongoing release of RCEP policy dividends, Chinese enterprises are entering an unprecedented strategic opportunity period for going global. Yantian District boasts a geographical advantage of "district-port linkage," while Hong Kong, connected to Yantian by land and sea, officially launched the "Mainland Enterprises Going Global Special Team" on October 6, 2025. This initiative can utilize its mature international network and professional service systems to provide one-stop support for mainland enterprises, covering legal, financial, and risk management services, thereby forming a new pattern of policy empowerment, supply chain collaboration, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao linkage, and win-win blue seas.

During the conference, the Haishan Street Chamber of Commerce and the Hong Kong Small and Medium Enterprises Economic and Trade Promotion Association signed the "Strategic Cooperation Agreement." Huang Dasheng, President of the Hong Kong Small and Medium Enterprises Economic and Trade Promotion Association, presented appreciation certificates to keynote speaker Xiao Dejun and others. In the context of a complex and ever-changing market environment and the accelerated restructuring of global industrial chains, Shenzhen-Hong Kong collaborative cooperation is stepping into a new stage of innovative integration. Baohengtong Group actively seizes strategic opportunities such as the construction of the Shenzhen-Hong Kong International Tourism Consumption Cooperation Zone and the development of the marine economy, relying on a mature cross-border comprehensive service system to integrate various resources and contribute professional supply chain strength amidst the changing times.
