In the series of campus recruiting activities in 2017, Baohengtong Group has undergone rigorous interviews and screenings. A total of approximately 20 2018 graduates have been recruited. They will arrive in succession in batches.
In order to allow interns to integrate into the group as soon as possible, to express humanistic care, and to change personnel from the student role faster, on the morning of March 12, 2018, the Group held the launching ceremony of the Talent Incubation Center and the 2018 first internship welcome meeting. Xiao Dejun, Chairman of the Group, Li Haorong, Director of the Group's Chairman's Office and Director of the Human Resources Administration Department, and related leaders of the logistics and supply chain segment, logistics equipment and automobile trading segment, logistics real estate and construction engineering segment, representatives of Jiaying University alumni, etc. 35 people attended the meeting.
Pre-job training
In order to get the first batch of 18 interns to work faster in the workplace, the company organized a week-long closed-door comprehensive training and development activities from March 12 to March 16.
Dameisha Development Activities
In the series of training activities of the Group, the Group adopted a combination of work and leisure. On March 16th, the Group led new employees to Dameisha for group development activities.
