The new warehouse will be upgraded in terms of logistics resource allocation. The traditional warehouse has been upgraded to cloud warehouse, and integrated supporting facilities such as informationization, intelligent management, open office, parking and staff home have been introduced in an all-round way. In terms of hardware, we have adopted brand-new three-dimensional shelves, intelligent forklift trucks and artificial intelligence equipment. At the same time, in order to meet the diversified needs of customers, cold chain warehouses have been set up in the warehouse. In terms of regional planning and positioning, the warehouse is located at the "second entrance" of Liantang New Port, which will also link the port and Shenzhen more efficiently. In the overall strategic layout of the company, the warehouse will be an important part of promoting the strategy of "Dawan District".

The new warehouse is located in the hub of Shenzhen-Hong Kong customs clearance, with convenient transportation. The construction of the new warehouse will also be in line with the opening of Heliantang Port. Liantang Port, as one of the important projects of cooperation between Guangdong and Hong Kong, is expected to open this year to provide 24-hour customs clearance service, which will serve as an important new channel for Shenzhen to connect Hong Kong.

The new warehouse has lasted three months from site selection, land development, functional planning, warehouse construction and equipment investment. Up to now, the framework has been completed. It is expected that the new warehouse will be fully completed and put into use after the Spring Festival.

Since 2016, Bao Heng Tong has responded positively to the policy of "one belt and one road", and has carried out a series of strategic layout in Southeast Asian countries, from business linkage to formation team to sub division. In October 2018, when the Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao Bridge opened to traffic, the company also successfully launched "Hongkong Macao, Hongkong Zhuhai, Hongkong Zhuhai Southeast Asia and other multi class lines (including cold chain transportation)" in conjunction with its own superior resources and network layout at home and abroad. To provide customers with door-to-door supply chain services of integrated transportation, warehousing and distribution.
The landing of Hongkong's self built warehouse is an important move for the group to take advantage of the "big bay area of Guangdong, Hongkong and Macau" and the layout of "one belt and one road". In the future, Bao Hengtong will continue to increase investment in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau and Southeast Asia, optimize and integrate existing resources, and constantly optimize costs and improve services with the help of information technology.
